Glenleven Chrysler Sponsors Oakville Ribfest, Helps Raise Funds for Local Rotary Club

Glenleven Chrysler has participated in the sixth annual Oakville Family Ribfest as an event sponsor, and has helped raise much-needed funds for the Rotary Club of Oakville Trafalgar.

The festival was held from June 23 to 25, 2017 at the grounds of Sheridan College in Oakville, and was attended by thousands of people from across the GTA and Halton region. Glenleven Chrysler set up a highly visible presence at the event, and positioned Performance Auto Group's event tent and a vehicle display right next to the main stage.

The team held numerous activities to entertain people, and engaged hundreds of visitors in games of Quick Buckets throughout the three days. All players were awarded gifts for their participation, with adults getting $500 Performance Auto Group gift cards and children receiving glow sticks and bracelets.

A brand new 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland was also displayed next to the tent. The SUV was wrapped in custom graphics to showcase Performance's commitment to the community, and generated lots of public attention.

The Oakville Ribfest helps raise funds for the Rotary Club of Oakville Trafalgar, and supports many charitable initiatives such as local food banks, high school student bursaries, and the Children's Aid Foundation of Halton.

Glenleven Chrysler's sponsorship of the Oakville Family Ribfest is a part of Performance Auto Group's Drive Change initiative, which ensures that our organization gives back visibly to the communities which we serve.
