PerformanceCars Awarded for Customer Satisfaction

PerformanceCars is very pleased to announce that three of its dealerships were recently awarded for their commitment to making the customer shopping, buying, and ownership experience memorable and enjoyable:

Performance Toyota is the honoured recipient of the 2008 Toyota Pinnacle Award for excellence in customer satisfaction.

Yoichi Tomihara, President and CEO of Toyota Canada Inc. writes, "Your hard work and dedication towards providing your customers with an exceptional experience is exemplified in this award."

Performance Chrysler received Chrysler Canada's President's Award, which recognizes customer service excellence in sales, service, and parts.

Performance BMW received BMW Canada's Quality Management Autohous (QMA) certification, which focuses on processes that enhance the customer experience.
